What we collect: When you sign up, we collect your name, email, and the career content you choose to share — resume, experiences, achievements. We also collect basic usage data to improve the product.
What we don't do: We will never sell your personal data or career content to any third party. Ever. We don't use your information for advertising. We don't share your data with employers unless you explicitly choose to send them your MyStandIn link.
How we store it: Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256 standard encryption, stored on secure US-based servers. We retain your data while your account is active, or up to 60 days after a deletion request.
Your rights: You own your data. To request an export, correction, or deletion of your information, email us at help@mystandin.io and we will process your request within 30 days.
Cookies: We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and functional cookies to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
